I recently visited Facio Dental Clinic and overall had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately creates a sense of comfort and hygiene. The dentists and staff are professional, courteous, and take time to explain procedures clearly before starting any treatment. I appreciated how they addressed my concerns patiently and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. One of the highlights was the use of updated equipment and technology, which made the treatment smoother and more efficient. The appointment process was also fairly organized, with minimal waiting time. In terms of treatment quality, everything was handled with care and precision. Post-treatment guidance was clearly explained, which shows their attention to patient care beyond just the procedure. That said, the pricing is on the slightly higher side compared to some local clinics, but the quality of service and overall experience justify the cost.

But the dentist and the entire team made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly. The procedure was smooth, professional, and much less painful than I expected. They provide an excellent pain-less treatment. All the patients are treated at first priority and with complete devotion. Staff members are well - trained and show great hospitality. Prior to patient's visit, they confirm the patient's appointment by messages and phone calls twice or thrice as needed. They maintain every patient's complete record with them. The clinic is well equipped with world class hi- tech machines for OPG, CBCT etc. (not available everywhere). The doctors are highly specialized in implant fitting and other sorts of complex dentistry. These decorations make it one of the best dental clinics of India. Dr. Poonam Mallik Sehrawat, Director, Facio Dental is a well decorated doctor who's not only highly skilled but is a very good human being. Ethics, moral values, honesty, truthfulness, kindness etc. are the pillars of such a successful clinic which make the clinic not less than a temple. For her excellent service and contribution in dentistry, Dr. Poonam has been awarded by numerous awards and certificates by govt. of India, various educational institutes and organizations by different countries, which itself speak everything about the clinic.
