I visited your facility a few days ago for a blood test, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. --JUST WRITHING THIS SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE IT CORRECT-- The girl who collected my blood sample appeared to lack even basic knowledge of proper blood collection procedures. She attempted to draw blood without releasing the tourniquet and repeatedly pulled the syringe despite no blood entering it. This continued for an unreasonably long time, causing discomfort and distress. Eventually, the sample was collected drop by drop. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene and protocol afterward. While applying the adhesive bandage, she touched the sticky surface with her bare hands before placing it on the needle site, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. I was genuinely shocked to see such negligence in a medical setting. Patients trust diagnostic centers with their health, and such carelessness can lead to serious issues. I strongly urge you to ensure that staff handling medical procedures are adequately trained and follow basic medical and hygiene standards. I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism and am very disappointed by the experience. Please take this feedback seriously and take corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.

I was quite impressed when I visited but after two months, my opinion is totally changed. Quality /test results are bad even though they are quite fast. I had Niva Bupa insurance and this lab has a tie up for annual check up with them. I saw the reviews and booked my wife's annual health check up. I was quite impressed with the clockwork speed they work. Everything was working as well oiled machine and within 1 hour everything was done (including ultrasound, pap smear etc.). Both of us were quite impressed with the efficiency of the lab at that time (second week of October 2025). Fast forward to Last week of November (6 weeks post annual check up), my wife had quite sever pain in abdomen. We went for ultrasound to a different lab and doctor said she is having stone in kidney(5mm) and gall bladder (3mm). So, yes they are fast & efficient but quality is not reliable and for health, quality of tests is of highest importance and NOT HOW FAST You can provide the service. I will not recommend this lab to anyone.

Had a good experience at this clinic lab. The staff was polite, the sample collection was smooth. Clean and well-managed place.

I have booked a home collection from this lab. The representative came on time but he wasn't very good at his job. When he realised I have thin veins, he tied up my arm and kept beating it to find a vein and ultimately drew blood from the other hand. He was extremely rough in how he handled my arms. My arm is still sore even after 2 days and the place from where he drew blood on the other hand had turned black because he pressed it so hard after removing the injection. Kindly train your employees how to handle clients efficiently.

Appointment was for 8 AM but upon calling the center, was asked to come at 8:30.....guy at the counter will hand you over the urine collection box in the very start which then you have to carry during the whole health checkup.....health checkup itself is fraud.....doctor took 3 minutes to do Echo+Ultrasound.....and they don't even ask to drink water before ultrasound.....they will just run it off as fast as they can with no credible results.....don't be a fool and make mistake of going there!!!
