Hi , The Experience of fortis Escort hospital is good, Doctors & Room Staff was outstanding Even though house keeping staff & Pantry is also up to the mark But side on the staff of OT Recovery is very Very careless they did’nt have co-ordination with Operation Theatre staff ,Zero Co-ordination while they don’t know even patient was recieved or not from operation theatre. The patient was shivering for 40 minutes after the operation and the OT recovery staff did not know anything and Because of Shivering patent is suffered with High Blood Preassure ( After 40 minutes the staff realized we had a new patient after that they give basic Aid ) ( Need improvement of OT Recovery Staff ) 🌎 Special Thanks to - Dr Ruchika (Gynaclosgist) Thank You !

We had a very bad experience at Fortis Escorts Amritsar. The staff seemed inexperienced and no one guided the patients about what to do next. They didn’t even ask patients about their issues. The girls at the reception were busy talking among themselves and were not polite with patients. All the patients looked frustrated because there was no proper system. The staff definitely needs more training, especially in handling and guiding patients properly. Please talk with these help desk girls outside 41.

The Engineering Department, particularly Mr. Rajender Ji and Mr. Varinder Ji, was very helpful and cooperative in all aspects of service. The canteen staff also deserves special appreciation.
