I recently had an amazing experience at GENESIS HOSPITAL The staff were friendly, caring, The doctors are good knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The facilities were clean and modern. I highly recommend GENESIS HOSPITAL for any needs. "Dr. MUKESH KUMAR sir ( ortho specialist ) is an outstanding he explained everything clearly about diagnose and treatment he is so polite and the physician Dr. Praveen with exceptional expertise and compassion. They took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything and provided top-notch care. Their bedside manner is warm and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. MUKESH KUMAR Prayag Raj ALLAHABAD for their professionalism and dedication to patient care. And the management is good providing all facilities for my father treatment. Thanx….😇😊😊
The doctors in the hospital are may be good but the staff and nurses are very bad. I got injured and went to get a dressing .Blood was coming out, but the nurse was just sitting and watching. And they was showing attitude.

third class hospital with ill trained staff, went for a tetanus vaccination, the stuff decided to delay for just ₹50, also went for minor dressing but was treated poorly, the doctors might be good but the support stuff like nurses and compounders are just horrible
