Our overall experience at the hospital was mixed. I would like to especially appreciate Nurse Jaspreet, who did a fantastic job. She was caring, attentive, and made us feel comfortable during a stressful time. Her professionalism truly stood out. Unfortunately, our experience with some of the other staff, particularly their senior Nittu Bagga, was not pleasant. There was an unnecessary sense of pressure placed on us, and the approach came across as overconfident rather than supportive. This added stress when reassurance and clear communication were needed instead. With better communication and a more empathetic approach from senior staff, the overall experience could be improved significantly.
My father in law was admitted to Global Hospital in Jalandhar, and unfortunately, our experience was affected by the behavior of staff member and dr bhatti nero surgen . He was rude during our interactions and nothing to say about our patients.treatment was not so good and complete. This felt unprofessional and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I hope the hospital takes this seriously and ensures better conduct from staff in the future. At the end only don't go this hospital they just waste your time only they don't have any knowledge. Thankyou
My elder brother was admitted to Global Hospital in Jalandhar, and unfortunately, our experience was affected by the behavior of staff member Neetu Bagga. She was rude during our interactions and repeatedly asked us to give a review even before the treatment was completed. This felt unprofessional and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I hope the hospital takes this seriously and ensures better conduct from staff in the future.
It was such a good experience there at Global hospital. Such a nice and dedicated staff, care was excellent although the discharge took some time but all over it was very good and my first and last experience in an Indian hospital. I have heard too much about Indian medical facilities which have been proven by the Global hospital in a good and effective manner especially Dr Pawan Suri Cardiologist - The Legend infact. Thanks to all the staff
WORST WORST WORST I wish i had fewer starts than 1 i would have given . The staff is so so unprofessional after keeping patient for 6 days they couldn't find out the reason behind it. They are so rude and have no knowledge how to keep the patient. O sanitisation level. Would never ever recommend anybody
