Very bad experience at Kamla Multispeciality Hospital. I visited the hospital expecting proper care, but the staff was extremely careless. The condition of the general ward is already poor, but even in the private zone there are no proper facilities. For every small thing, we had to repeatedly request the staff. I waited at the medicine counter for more than half an hour, but there was no staff present. No one seemed to be attentive or responsible. The management appears very poor and unorganized. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for me. I would not recommend this hospital to others.
