I recently visited this eye clinic and it truly stands out as one of the finest in the city. Dr. Pawan Goyal is an exceptionally humble and meticulous professional whose attention to detail and patient-centered approach inspire great confidence. The clinic itself is immaculate, well-maintained, organized and welcoming. The staff deserves special recognition for their courtesy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every patient. I would particularly like to commend Dr. Pawan Goyal’s assistant, Ms. Nidhi Virmani, for her remarkable professionalism and genuine care. Her patience and willingness to address every query with clarity and kindness reflect the clinic’s commitment to excellence. Overall, this clinic sets a high standard for medical care, combining expertise, compassion and outstanding service.

Goel Eye Institute is for specialised eye treatment and surgeries. The clinic is big and well furnished. There are enough waiting areas for patients and caretakers. Doctors and staff are well experienced and nice. All kind of modern treatments are available. There's small coffee cart also there. Parking is a problem here.

Very disappointing experience at Goyal Eye Institute. The receptionist and TPA desk staff were extremely careless and unprofessional. I was made to wait for a very long time without any proper information or assistance. The staff showed no sense of responsibility, and their behaviour was indifferent towards patients. Even after the process was completed, there was an unnecessary delay in returning my CGHS card, which added to the frustration. Such poor management and lack of basic courtesy are unacceptable for a reputed hospital. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behaviour and coordination.

My experience with the receptionist at Goel Eye Institute, Ms.Palak Bhatia, was very disappointing. Her behaviour was highly unprofessional, and she spoke in a loud and inappropriate manner in front of several patients. This conduct was upsetting and created an uncomfortable environment. I felt disrespected and believe that such behaviour does not reflect the standards expected from a healthcare institution. Even she had no fear about her complaint. I think she is out of control from the management also. But the behavior of Doctors and team are very co-operative. Hospital is very cleaned and hygiene.
