⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Care and Outstanding Service at Goyal Hospital I am extremely grateful to Goyal Hospital for the exceptional care provided to my daughters. Both of my daughters were admitted under the treatment of Dr. Pulkit Sir, and their recovery was remarkably quick due to his accurate diagnosis, professional approach, and kind nature. A special thanks to Meesha Ma’am for her constant support, patience, and compassionate behavior toward patients and attendants. Her cooperation made a very difficult time much easier for us. I would also like to sincerely thank Arun Mathur Sir for his guidance and support. His management and positive attitude reflect the high standards of the hospital. The entire hospital staff deserves appreciation for their politeness, cleanliness, prompt response, and dedication. From nurses to support staff, everyone treated us with respect and care, making us feel safe and supported throughout the treatment. Very disappointing and unsafe experience at Goyal Hospital, Jodhpur. The staff and even the doctors seemed careless, and the entire system feels more money-focused than patient-focused. In my case, they asked me to buy medicines from the hospital's own medical store. I paid for the medicines and brought them, but later the staff took those medicines from me and quietly returned them without informing me. This kind of behaviour destroys trust completely. If you truly want to save someone's life or expect genuine treatment, please do NOT bring anyone to this hospital. Management, behaviour, transparency, and patient care are all extremely poor. Highly dissatisfied and absolutely not recommended.

Hospital is neat and clean cooperative staff, specially I had visited to hospital for cleft palate surgery for daughter, doctor having good experience and successfully surgery done without any cost. I thank all Drs nursing staff, hopital management and all employees of the hospital

Zero in Operational help. Rude reception. Rude counter person. Ride Addmission person. No politeness.worst situation in lady ward . Super rude staff members. Doctor and emergency nurse staff is only good. Change the reception and Addmission guy.small suggestion . Pathetic and rude.

I had very bad experience specially with Dr. Couple of years back I was having issues with constipation and fissure. I visited with my friend for check-up and When I told my all symptoms to Dr then he starts pointing that tell me why you visited here? then I told I am having constipation from long time and l feel I am having piles, that time Dr brusted on me who told it's piles? what you know about it and blah blah? It was so humiliating, shameless behaviour from Sr. Doctor infront of many people.He was so aggrogant and frustrated guy. They treat common people like bhed bakri and it's reflects in their behaviour. I felt so angry that time but still I controlled by feelings as I having constipation, pain, bleeding while stool. I came here from Pali so wanted to check with good doctor and When my friend told let's go to goyal hospital then only I said it's not good place and I heard so many bad news about them. Still I went there and they proved me RIGHT.
