I had a very good experience at Harshamitra Hospital. The doctors were highly professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We came here for a surgery, and the entire experience was very positive as the procedure went well. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, which made us feel comfortable throughout. They responded patiently and clearly to all our questions. A special mention to the nurse who took excellent care, showing genuine concern and attention. No matter the time, whenever we needed help, they were always available and supportive. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and service provided.

Fully money-minded hospital. In the beginning, the doctor spoke very politely, but later they kept referring us to other doctors, which only increased the charges. Even though the condition was not curable, it felt like they were only trying to get more money from us, especially the medical oncology doctor, Mr. Senthilkumar. One male nurse also behaved very rudely with patients and attendants. However, all the female nurses and staff were very polite, calm, and composed in their work. I have been associated with this hospital for more than 2 years, so these are my genuine words. Please think carefully before choosing this hospital.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care provided at your hospital. My mother was treated for breast cancer in 2022 and has been attending regular follow-ups since then. Unfortunately, during these visits, no proper physical examination was conducted by the duty doctors. There is no duty doctor completed mbbsDespite repeatedly informing them about her ongoing pain, the only advice given was to do exercises for the past three years. Because of this lack of thorough evaluation, her condition has now worsened, and the disease has spread to other organs. This progression was identified only after we pursued investigations on our own. This experience raises a serious concern: if this is the level of care provided, what would happen to uneducated or elderly patients who fully depend on doctors’ guidance? This is a matter of patient safety and life. I request Dr. Sasipriya mam and Dr. Govindaraj sir to kindly review this case and ensure that patients are evaluated thoroughly during follow-ups, with proper physical examinations and timely investigations. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves the standard of care to prevent such situations in the future.
