Very poor service, forgot to give food in the morning after multiple request at the reception. They said they will give in lunch. We are at second floor room number -201 , but lift isn't working. I kept on waiting at nursing counter for 15 minutes, but nobody was there. I was thinking, if there is an emergency, whom to report in case of admission. No parking facility. AC wasn't working on 4th floor. Room roof condition is pathetic.
