My son was admitted in this hospital on 12-02-2026 and discharged on 18-02-2026 after successful pacemaker surgery. As observed by me, all nurses and doctors of Cardiology Department are very polite and friendly in nature. They have outstanding ability in taking care of the patient Here I would like to mention the name of Doctor Basanka Baruah, Cardiologist. His politeness and good health advice has made us very happy. His Ward Assistant Nursing Staff namely Mr. Lalit Nath is also very helpful in all respect. However, the doctor of Emergency Ward/Unit has no helpful feelings towards the patient. Initially, he refused to admit my ailing son in the hospital showing ground of non-availability of vacant seat/bed. On my utmost request, he agreed to admit my son in the hospital. A few security personnel are rude in behavour. As I feel, they need special training in this regard.

I had my second baby delivered here and got a treatment during my whole Pregnancy. I had the best treatment and the doctors here are professional and polite. The staff are friendly too. My doctor was Dr. Pankaj Deka and he was incredibly kind, efficient and well versed in his forte. I would recommend this hospital to others. Satisfied patient here!

I request the hospital management to kindly look into improving the OPD waiting time. I understand that doctors are busy attending to patients, which is completely acceptable. However, the OPD attendants are not managing the patient queue properly. Patients who arrive later are being allowed to enter before those who arrived earlier, which should not happen. I request the administrative team to please take this matter seriously and ensure a fair and systematic OPD process.

If you are planning to visit this hospital, just be prepared to lose your entire day. I had to wait nearly five hours just to collect a medical test report that had already been done two days earlier. There was no proper management, no clear communication, and absolutely no respect for patients’ time. Instead of helping patients efficiently, they keep you waiting endlessly without explanation. Hospitals should understand that people come here already stressed about their health. Wasting hours for something that should have been ready is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Mother was operated by Dr Mayank Agrawal, he is very cooperative , nice and a good doctor. The WORST part of this Hospital is its MANAGEMENT . To collect medicine from so called SERVICE FLOOR you have to wait for more than 30 min to 1.30 hr . DISCHARGE procedure is like, you are at CIRCLE OFFICE waiting for LAT MANDAL. No coordination among them. NURSING staff is EXCELLENT , they are dedicated , wel behaved and taking care with full dedication. From Emergency Room who took 2 sweaters, one swal ,sandals of my mother ,the staffs are unaware which is not acceptable at all. Its their duty to keep the cloths and hand over to attendant . I request the Directors to look into the MANAGEMENT sector els very soon it will lose its goodwill.
