A good dermatologist is a big blessing, and they are not always easy to find. I’m so glad I finally came across Dr. Yeshwanth Kumar. I really appreciate how Dr. Yeshwanth introduces skincare ingredients very gradually instead of prescribing everything at once. His approach of not overwhelming the skin truly works. Besides his excellent medical knowledge, he is also a great and patient listener. The way he listens and makes patients feel heard itself feels like half the problem is already solved. At the same time, he carefully considers all possible angles instead of making a hasty diagnosis. He is also very respectful and very professional. I would highly recommend him. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shashank Deshmukh. He was truly amazing to talk to—very patient, understanding, and quick to identify the cause of my pain. He suggested a minor surgery, which was carried out promptly and efficiently. What impressed me most was the extra care he took to ensure that my tattoo remained untouched during the procedure. That level of attention and thoughtfulness really stood out. The hospital itself was also very good. The staff made sure I didn’t face any issues throughout my stay, and everything was well-coordinated. And I have to mention the food—it was genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had in a hospital!

Doctor have explained the treatment process in detailed and was full positive in attitude and the way he encouraged for recovery is awesome. Nursing staff and house keep staff are supportive, Admin team ( Ramana) also supported during admission and discharge/ bill settlement

We had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. One of our employees was admitted due to a simple ear injury, and since it was the nearest facility, he was taken there immediately. He was kept in the ICU and discharged the very next evening. However, we were charged ₹62,000 for less than 24 hours of treatment. The billing raised serious concerns — several investigations appeared unrelated to the condition (for example, liver and bile tests for an ear injury). The pharmacy charges alone were ₹17,000. When we requested a detailed prescription and breakup, the bill mentioned unusually high quantities such as 38 gloves, malaria injections, high-dose antibiotics, and multiple painkillers, many of which did not appear relevant to the treatment provided. We intend to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities regarding the billing and treatment practices. Such experiences create financial strain and erode trust in healthcare institutions. We sincerely hope hospitals maintain transparency, ethical standards, and accountability in patient care.
