Hope Hospital

Overall service in respect of check up of eyes are apparently satisfactory. I hope THE HOPE may render more scientific investigation as well as best treatment in near future. I got their sincere service during treatment of my wife Smt. Minu Rani Das.

Is this a hospital or what Idk. First of all , some tests will be taken with a fee, then the whole day u have to be seated in that area until the doctor arrives.thrb you have to go to another place which is 200 metres away from the area in which ur tests have been taken. Then again come to that after q while then again go the place where there is doctor. Seriously...? I went from the first time for my father at 11:45 AM as they have told to go before 12 pm & they will discharge us within 3-4 pm but it was 7 pm. That was the worst day for all of us who alhave been suffering there in the hospital as management sucks everything, they don't even know how to manage patients. Lastly, I would like to tell that the experience was very bad.

There is doctor named Sourav Bhattacharjee.His behavior is so bad even with senior citizens. He literally tried to slap an old lady cause the lady spit on floor . He asked that old lady to clean the floor with her clothes. How could a doctor from such a reputed hospital behave like this with patients whether the patient is old or young.

Very bad experience, no seating arrangement, staff behavior is very rude, long waiting time.
