The test were performed on a timely basis. All the staff were very polite and courteous. The only feedback which I have is about the breakfast which is served is not at all of a good quality. Ensure there are many varieties to eat rather than just 2 fixed item with no option for a sugar free tea. But I would like to specifically call out Shreya’s name the way she was managing each and every appointment and patient was really commendable.

We had a very positive experience at this hospital during my dad’s treatment. The hospital is very well maintained, clean, and hygienic. The staff members are professional, caring, and always ready to help. The doctors and nurses took great care of my father and ensured he was comfortable throughout his stay. We truly appreciate the dedication and support provided by the entire team. Highly recommended! Thank you!!!!

I recently visited New Horizon Prime hospital after my friend met with an accident and fractured his leg. His treatment was handled by Dr. Adithya Sadawarte, and we are truly grateful for his care. He clearly explained the condition, discussed the procedure in detail, and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. The surgery was successful, and his calm and patient approach really helped us feel confident during a difficult time. The hospital was clean, well maintained, and the staff were responsible and attentive. A special thanks to Shruti from the welfare department, who guided us patiently with all the documentation and supported us at every step.
