Hyderabad Omega Hospital

Worst experience in the Cardiology OPD. Waited for the doctor - Dr A.A.Ansari to come for 3 hours. Other waiting patients tell the doctor apparently has not come for 3 days and the reception takes the payment and the nurse keeps lying saying - "Sir is coming in 15 minutes". This is after we enquired before coming to the hospital if doctor is there as we come from a distant town.

I had an outstanding experience at Omega Hospital’s Cancer Department. The reception staff deserves special appreciation — they are exceptionally polite, supportive, and efficient. From guiding us through registration to answering every query with patience, their professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The overall service quality is excellent, and the team ensures patients and their families feel comfortable and well-attended at every step. Truly grateful for their dedication and care. Highly recommended.

The rest of the hospital’s services and the doctors and surgeons are very good, but at least one chair should be provided next to the patient in the general ward. That’s why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.

The staff behavior was not good at all. The facilities are not as they claim. Your patient will be left hungry and thirsty here, with no one to care for them. They say they take care of everything, but in reality, no one pays any attention."

Dr Amit Jain and staff arranged Garba dance programme today 23 september 2025 at Gulzar Hotel Jabalpur for all the post operative persons.it was a excellent function arranged by them and delicious food served. We enjoyed the function. Best wishes to Dr Amit Jain and staff Thanks to all.
