My father was admitted to IBS for RTMS and physiotherapy, post stroke, under CGHS. Process was very smooth. Mr Neeraj, patient relationship manager helped us throughout our stay. Dr Paritosh gave exceptional medical care. He is an excellent compassionate doctor , very open to suggestion and always available even when he is not on call. He is a keeper. Dr Sumit and Deepak were very helpful in night shifts. Nursing staff GDA are all very nice and always helpful. Thank you everyone who took care of my father during his stay.

The facilities are good. The senior doctors are well experienced. However, the junior nursing staff is less trained. The management is not efficient to handle any feedback from the patient. The management is not working actively on treating their patient's queries with adequate care. Just like other hospitals, IBS is also focusing on making money from patients. Health is secondary and money is primarily focused. No one can imagine including me that inserting the catheter which is a 5-10 minutes procedure without any blood loss will turn into 2.5 hours of 150 ml blood loss with the involvement of 3 nursing staff 2 duty doctors. This incident make me feel disappointed and when it comes to management, they keep their mouth shut. Even after telling the entire scenario to each and every patient care representatives, no satisfactory process has been done. This is the most discouraging scenario happened to me.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The staff here is caring, polite, and attentive to every detail. Doctors take time to explain everything clearly and make sure the patient feels comfortable and confident about the treatment. The nursing staff is very supportive and quick to respond whenever needed. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and follows proper hygiene standards. Facilities are modern and organized, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. From admission to discharge, everything was handled professionally.

Doctors at IBS Hospital are highly professional and do their job sincerely. I truly appreciate their efforts and medical knowledge. Unfortunately, the management is very weak. Poor communication, slow processes, and lack of responsibility make the experience frustrating. Hospital management must take this seriously and improve their system to match the quality of their doctors.
