Very disappointing experience. One of the worst hospitals I have ever dealt with. My father underwent eye surgery here on 1st December. Despite having valid health insurance, the hospital asked us to pay an additional ₹9,000 in cash, for which no receipt or bill was provided. This is completely unacceptable. The insurance company had already settled all approved charges with the hospital, yet we were still asked to pay extra money without any documentation. This clearly raises serious concerns about lack of transparency and unethical practices. The staff behaviour was unprofessional and unhelpful, and they were not willing to give proper explanations regarding the charges. The management also failed to address our concerns, making the overall experience extremely frustrating. It seemed that patient care and transparency were not their priority. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone
