I recently underwent cataract surgery at this hospital, and I am very thankful for the excellent care I received. Dr. B.K. Singh is not only highly skilled and professional but also a kind and compassionate human being. The entire staff was polite, supportive, and caring. Special thanks to Dr. B.K. Singh for giving me a clear vision and such a positive experience.

Absolutely worthless ....... Unprofessional ..... They asked the patient to be admitted at 3:30 PM for cataract surgery , but the surgery did not start even after 3 hours past the scheduled time . Staff had no idea where the doctor was . They need to remember that patients being served are elderly and making then wait for hours is insane . The staff stationed for handling payments had no idea what was going on .POS machine was not working .They asked us to pay through Paytm but they were absolutely clueless about how to check that the payment has made it through .They were more busy loafing around and chatting among themselves. Clearly lacking in maturity and professionalism.
Great experience... had my cataract surgery done from here and I can't stop myself sharing from this that dr. B.k Singhs hand is the hand of a magician .. too good fantastic experience from the staff to the team of doctors ...
