My father was admitted to this hospital in January last year. Sadly, our experience was extremely disappointing. During a critical time, we felt there was a serious lack of professionalism, proper communication, and attentive care from the medical team. We often felt confused about his condition and treatment plan, and it was very difficult to get clear answers when we needed them most. It did not feel like our concerns were taken seriously. Losing my father has been the greatest pain of my life, and the experience at this hospital has left our family deeply hurt.
