I was suffering from a fistula and consulted Dr. Jaya ma'am at Jyoti Nursing Home. She has a very kind and caring attitude towards her patients and explains the illness very well. The staff i.e. Dr.Roshan, Dr Ashok, Dr Vikram and Sangeeta ji here is also excellent. Overall, my experience at this hospital has been very good.

My family has had a very positive experience at Jyoti Nursing Home. A few months back, my father underwent a leg operation here by Dr. J.P. Maheshwari ji, and today he is completely fine. He is not only an excellent doctor but also very humble and understanding, which gave us a lot of comfort during that time. The hospital staff was also very supportive and caring throughout the process. Recently, my mother also had her operation here, which was done by Dr. Jaya Maheshwari ji. She is truly an outstanding doctor – highly skilled, compassionate, and very supportive. Her assistants and team were equally caring and cooperative, which made the entire journey much smoother for us. The facilities at Jyoti Nursing Home are also very good, well-organized, and patient-friendly. Overall, I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the treatment, care, and support provided here. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

Dr. Jaya Maheshwari is an excellent piles laser specialist. The treatment was quick, painless, and recovery was very smooth. She explains everything clearly and is very caring. Highly recommended.

I would have given negative ratings if possible. Horrible and very rude behaviour of staff . Dr. Jaya suggested for a MRI and subsequent surgery for a very minor cut problem for my wife . Later I went to another doctor for a second opinion and he laughed at us when I told him about what dr Jaya had said. Then he prescribed a cream and the problem was gone within a week of application. Pathetic.

The level of care I received was unacceptable, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of several staff members. "A staff member made a rude and inappropriate comment when I asked about sleeping in gernal ward. The general attitude of the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, creating a very uncomfortable and distressing environment.""The night staff did not seem to be attentive to patients, and were more focused on personal conversations.""I felt completely disregarded and vulnerable during my stay.""This experience has severely undermined my trust in Jyoti Nursing Home." I strongly advise others to consider alternative healthcare facilities. The rude behavior and lack of basic patient care I experienced at Jyoti Nursing Home were appalling.
