1/5 – Absolutely Horrible Emergency Care Our experience at Kashvi Hospital was extremely disappointing and alarming. We reached the hospital around 3:30–4:00 AM with my husband, who was in severe abdominal pain due to kidney stones. This was a medical emergency. However, the way the hospital handled the situation was completely unacceptable. At the reception, the only staff member present was sleeping. After waiting for a few minutes, we had to wake him up ourselves and explain the emergency. He casually asked us to go to the emergency room. When we reached the emergency area, there was again someone sleeping there. We stood there helplessly while my husband was in immense pain. The reception staff tried calling the emergency staff on a personal landline number, but there was no response at all. After waiting further, when we went back to the reception, we shockingly found the same staff member sleeping again, with no one available to attend patients. There was zero sense of urgency, responsibility, or humanity. This is not just bad service—this is dangerous negligence. A hospital that cannot handle emergencies at night has no right to call itself a hospital. Because of their irresponsibility, we had to rush to another nearby hospital to get proper treatment. I would strongly warn everyone: ❌ Do NOT rely on this hospital for emergencies ❌ No trained or alert staff at night ❌ Complete lack of patient care and accountability When someone’s life is at risk, such behavior is unforgivable. This was one of the worst healthcare experiences we have ever had.

I had a very bad experience at Kashvi Hospital. The doctor first asked if we had medical insurance even before checking the patient. My brother was admitted for daycare treatment without waiting for reports, and unnecessary injections were given. Later, two different doctors confirmed that those injections were not required and were given in excessive quantity, which caused multiple boils on his body. When we revisited the hospital, the doctor insisted on admission again without giving a clear reason. Thankfully, my brother is now recovering at home without any further treatment. Please be careful and take a second opinion before getting treated here.

This hospital maintains a high standard of hygiene and professionalism. The consultation process was efficient, and all medical tests were done on time. The environment feels safe and organized. One of the best multispeciality hospitals in the area.
