Rating: 0 Star We are deeply disappointed and disturbed by our experience at KD Hospital. Our baby was only 2 days old, yet the doctor insisted on performing a CT scan. For a newborn this young, such a test can be extremely risky, and as parents this decision caused us immense fear and stress. We trusted the doctor to protect our child, but instead we were left feeling helpless and worried. To make matters worse, a drip was placed incorrectly, which caused a wound on our baby’s tiny foot. Seeing an injury on a 2-day-old baby because of a medical mistake was heartbreaking for us as parents. Rather than calmly explaining and taking responsibility, the doctor frightened us by saying the situation had become very dangerous. When we asked for discharge so we could take our baby home, the process was unnecessarily delayed with different excuses. During such a sensitive and emotional time, this only increased our anxiety and distress. The billing was also very concerning. We were charged the same price for a normal room as for an ICU room, which felt extremely unfair and unacceptable. This entire experience was painful and traumatic for our family. When parents bring their newborn baby to a hospital, they are placing complete trust in the doctor’s care and judgment. Sadly, our experience at KD Hospital broke that trust and left us feeling deeply upset and disappointed.

My little brother was born here on Feb 21, 2010… but I’m convinced the hospital removed his brain right after birth. Still waiting for them to return it.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. From pathankot we came to have a consultation with Dr Dushyant Thaman. Waited nearly 2 hours to meet him. He took hardly 2 minutes to discuss the whole problems. For the first time saw a service provider that doesn't have the time to deliver the service he is entitled to. Pathetic experience.

I am a father of one, on the time he was born he was admitted here, we some how got the xray from doctor and consulted 2 more specialists but honest doctors one of them being Dr Kamal Khanna. They told us baby is fine , then somehow we managed to get one senior nurse to do checkup in NICU who does not belong to hospital and same result all fine. If you have lot of money and don't care about your patient and time go to KD hospital.
