This doctor is cruel. This hospital is unsafe for patients. The doctor’s name is Vaishal P Kenia. Remember it. Avoid it. My 60-year-old mother went to this hospital with serious eye pain and itching. She was already suffering. Instead of help, she was treated like trash. He shouted at her. He did not listen. He cut her off again and again. She was trying to explain how much pain she was in, and he behaved like her pain was a joke and a waste of his time. He spoke to her in a rude, angry, insulting tone, as if she was doing something wrong by asking for help. This RUDE Man should not even call himself a Doctor This man has no empathy, no patience, and no respect especially for an elderly woman. Watching my mother get spoken to like that was horrifying. She walked out feeling scared, shaken, and humiliated. A doctor like this is dangerous. If someone cannot listen, cannot stay calm, and cannot treat patients with basic dignity, they should never be allowed to treat human beings. This place does not feel like a hospital. It feels like a place where patients are bullied and disrespected. Do not visit this hospital. Ever. If you care about your parents, your family, or yourself stay away. WORST Hospital ever!!!!!

Excellent experience at this Eye Hospital. Doctors are knowledgeable, explain the problem clearly, and don’t rush the consultation. Staff is disciplined, cooperative, and the whole system feels organized — appointments, tests, reports, everything runs smoothly. Hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained, which matters a lot in eye treatment. Treatment felt honest, not money-oriented. I actually felt confident and safe here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable eye care.

Had a very positive experience here. Dr Kavya was very soft spoken and kind. I had an unusual situation of a small fly like insect that flew into my eye. They did a few vision test before the procedure. She diagnosed and finished the treatment in less than about 15mins. Super happy with their professionalism and speed. They have a large waiting area and several rooms for different procedures. The Hospital is visible from the road so you can't miss it. Update: Free Parking is available at Milan Mall which is just next to this Hospital which makes it convenient to drive there.

My experience of getting femto lasik surgery done from here was very smooth. The staff was very kind, supportive and transparent. The pre surgery tests were done quite quick and smooth. On the day of surgery, at first I was nervous, but then soon it started getting better because of the staff, I went in without any nervousness and anxiety and procedure went effortlessly. Dr Vaishal sir was also very kind and I got confident about the surgery the moment I spoke with him. Post surgery tests were also very smooth. Highly recommend you to go for this eye clinic. I chose travelling 1.5 hrs to get it done from here and it was all worth it!
