Khetan Hospital

Very disappointing experience at Khaitan Hospital. My mother was admitted here, and the quality of care provided was extremely poor. Unnecessary blood tests were repeatedly advised without any proper explanation. Basic vital signs were not checked regularly, yet they were falsely recorded in the patient files, which is completely unacceptable. The duty doctor behaved rudely and unprofessionally, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation for our family. The nursing staff was poorly trained and highly negligent. On one occasion, they administered medicine meant for another patient to my mother, which is extremely dangerous and could have had serious consequences. That medication was not prescribed to her at all. Even more concerning, nursing staff were seen asking cleaning staff to perform nursing duties, including assisting with medicines. This reflects severe mismanagement and raises serious questions about patient safety and hospital protocols. Overall, Khaitan Hospital shows a complete lack of supervision, professionalism, and basic patient-care standards. I strongly do not recommend this hospital until these serious issues are addressed and accountability is ensured. Overall, my experience was good. The medical team was knowledgeable and caring, and the treatment was effective. However, the waiting time was longer than expected, and communication at the reception could be improved. The hospital was clean, and the nurses were very supportive. With a few improvements in organization, this would be an excellent facility.”
