Worst Hospital it feels like you entered a government hospital even government hospitals have better services now a days. If you have emergency then only visit. They are making money by playing with innocent patients health, unnecessary charging and making higher amounts bills, use 1 medicine and bill for 10 medicines and then send back to their own medical store. If you are gone with chest pain in emergency they will Fear you and place stunt in heart. if you’re working fine also. staff is pathetic asking patients to do the work which they should do. I am really disappointed with the hospital overall. miss managed staff and doctors are not even talking nicely with by standers. staff are so rude with patients. Worst experience ever

Kota Heart hospital is totally worst. Don't make mistake to visit Kota Heart' hospital ever. There is no medical managements for patient. Their staffs are uneducated and unexperienced. They treat their patients as a machine that make money for them. We stayed 7days with our patient but in 7 days we are highly disappointed with this hospital and the behaviour is inappropriate and unbearable towards people. They make fun of their patients and their attendent. I highly advised everyone not to visit this hospital in emergency with your patients l

It's an absolute horror of a hospital. Pls if you have money and don't have a particular doctor to go to, DO NOT GO TO this hell of a place. We had to undergo a surgery and hence chose this nightmare of a hospital. There is no management it's like the hospital is on an auto pilot with complete disregard for patient's or anyone's safety and well being. In ICU, the staff was shouting/fighting at the top of their lungs. Sick and critical patients had to gather strength to ask them to keep it down and they still did not care. One of the staff was just spitting gutka in the dustbin, IN AN ICU!!! The monitors were not functional. The staff was just sitting & chatting. I had to ask them to attend an ailing old patient who was whispering/crying -Bohot dard ho raha h. The staff is unimaginable rude, unqualified, breaks medical guidelines every step of the way. The filth in this hospital makes you feel like you feel sick. I have only one word for the staff here (and I am sorry to say this) - GAWAR. Shame on the owner - Dr. Jindal, the medical officers and the management. And to top it all this hospital is NABH accredited, I still can't wrap my head around it. So if you have been to a even remotely decent hospital and expect a hospital to be like an actual hospital - never step a foot in this disgusting hospital for your own and your loved ones sake. And oh, the parking - there are bunch of scammers there as well, don't want to get into it. But from the moment you park to the moment you leave this hospital you will regret making the decision of getting your treatment from here.

This is a very useless hospital, the facility here and the doctors do not pay any attention to the patient at all. It is absolutely useless to bring your patient here, the purpose of the doctor here is only to earn money.
