Lab having all feautures..Reception staffs behavoliour is appreciable. .but management is not giving importance to cleaness. All the wall fans are dusty and washroom is pathetic.All cleaning brushes and materials are holding at washroom is not a symbol for good hygiene practice..So many parients are using only one washroom..So please give importance to cleaning the toilet and patients safety.
Pathetic service at Leo Labs, Kannur. They asked my mom to come at 2:00 PM, and we reached by 1:45 PM without even having lunch. However, the receptionist was rude and completely unprofessional — they don’t know how to treat patients respectfully. We were only able to consult the doctor after 4:45 PM, which was very inconvenient. The staff behave as if they own the clinic and are superior to the doctor. The doctor was good, but the management seriously needs to train their staff on how to behave properly with patients.

Delay in getting the result. Reception staff behaviour is good. But blood collection staff behaviour is not at all good. Not getting accurate update on how much time required for the report. Very bad experience compare to other leo labs.
I have a prescription for a blood test (TFT) and went to Leo Lab in Kannur because my doctor instructed me to have the blood drawn and the test results processed at the same lab. I arrived at the lab at 8:20 a.m. The receptionist and nurse informed me that the results would be available within one and a half hours via WhatsApp. However, after that time passed, I tried to contact Leo Lab through calls, WhatsApp, and messages, but no one responded. I finally received my test results on WhatsApp at 12:53 p.m., which caused my doctor's appointment to be canceled due to the staff's negligence. As a result, I will have to take another day off from work tomorrow for a consultation. This has been a very disappointing experience with Leo Lab in Kannur talap.
