I recently underwent a Hernia operation in Livasa Hospita, Hoshiarpur . I was very confuse and nervous, but Dr. Anil Kumar, General Surgeon took the time to explain everything in detail. The surgery was a complete success, rather I must say it was a 'very nice musical surgery', and I am recovering wonderfully. I am deeply thankful to the entire team at Livasa Hospital, Hoshiarpur Unit. "I cannot thank Surgeon Dr. Anil Kumar and his team, ENOUGH, for the EXCELLENT CARE I received.. Dr. Anil is very talented, and his calm demeanour and cheerful nature turned a stressful experience into a positive and light one. Dr. Anil explained the procedure clearly, which instilled immense trust. The nursing staff, the doctors and support staff were attentive, professional, and truly empathetic throughout my recovery and , showed immense dedication and compassion. I am surprised that the staff did not miss a single call, even in the night and rushed into the room smiling. A special thanks to Mr Nirbair singh, who changed my dressing with a sweet smile and left the room with a smile, too. And, it would be remiss of me if I did not thank the administrator, Ms. Sikha, for her wonderful support. It's not just the expert medical treatment, but the warm, caring attitude that made me feel safe and well-cared for. Exceptional, unforgettable experience! From my initial consultation to post-operative care, everything was top-notch. The hospital facilities are modern and clean. Every facility is available under one roof with compassion and smile. A true heartiest blessing to the community.🙏❤️🙏 PS: I would like to specially thank: 1) Mrs. Saroj who is in the OPD staff, a day before the operation, as per the advice of different doctors, held my finger and took me everywhere for lab test, doctor's clearance, OT, Anaesthesia clearance etc. 2) The gentleman who works at the corporate desk, (I forgot to ask his name) completed my cashless formalities very promptly due to which I was able to come for admission at 7 am, the next day without any worry. heartiest blessings.
