I recently had the opportunity to avail the services of Lomakiaya Hospital, Chinchwad, for my father's bilateral knee replacement surgery, and I am compelled to share my positive experience. We were so worried and afraid to face the surgery as my fathers condition is not so good. But Dr. Vishal Kshirsagar guided us and cleared all our doubts. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Admission process was smooth due to counsellor mam. Operating Dr. Ashish Suryawanshi and his team performed exceptionally well. The doctor's extensive knowledge and expertise in the field were evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all our concerns and questions, ensuring we were comfortable and informed before the operation. The entire Hostital staff at the hospital was caring, cooperative, and professional. Their dedication to patient care was impressive. While the hospital's services provided by staff were excellent, I felt there is room for improvement in the infrastructure and food quality of the canteen. Nevertheless, the care and treatment we received far outweighed these minor infra shortcomings. I highly recommend Lomakiaya Hospital, Chinchwad, for anyone seeking quality orthopedic care.

Due to mismanagement of staff my parents had suffered yesterday. Doctors are really good but staff have no information about anything. Even they are confused about doctor's consultation charges. On call they have mentioned 600/- & when we go for visit they said 750/- are the charges.

Pathetic experience on claim insurance processing. Our patient went thru ligament replacement. They said it will be done thru robotics and tried to convince us to pay for robotic surgery by our own rather than going thru insurance. Since our insurance had robotic surgery covered. We went thru insurance. Now, Hospital is not providing proper proof to insurance company for robotic surgery and pushing us to pay by our own. Patient is waiting for last two days to get discharged. It seems they are tricking people on the name of robotic surgery and doing money extortion. Please do not get trapped into robotic surgery net in this hospital.

Doesn't even deserve half star, equipments and lifts are in worst condition, no arrangements for patient as well as relatives food. Staff was not willing to work, you have to push them for everything. Prefer nigdi hospital instead.staff and management nullify all the good work done by doctor.

Worst Experience. Pathetic services , Worst Management . Hidden Charges . Inflated bills . No services at all . Overall very bad experience. Never recommend this hospital to anyone . They consider patient like money milking machine .
