And operate arthroscopic surgery over my dad’s shoulder and it was successful and the care feels very personalized. I commend the entire team at RHL. Hello Everyone, I am Manoj Uttam Shah resident of Mumbai (Dadar) aged 61. I underwent a bypass surgery in 2016 at age of 52 years and in early 2025 an investigation revealed calcification of aortic valve. As per our family’s cardiac consultant, Dr Anil Damle, we were referred to Dr Ravindra Singh Rao, a consultant at Lilavati Hospital in Jaipur who visits weekly. During our consultation, Dr Rao advised that the valve replacement would be through TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) rather than an open-heart surgery. We were presented with multiple valve options and Dr Rao recommended the Edward SAPIEN 3 Ultra Valve, which is expected to be available in India by September. This valve has a life expectancy of at least 25 years compared to the existing one, which has a lifespan of approximately 10 years. We enquired about the cost of implantation at both Lilavati Hospital and RHL (Rajasthan Hospital Limited) in Jaipur. The cost difference was significant. As I am fit to travel and Dr Rao has a complete team available at RHL, we decided to visit the hospital for the procedure. A WhatsApp group was formed from the time our surgery was decided and we have maintained real-time communication with the team members at RHL and Dr Rao. 

We never felt isolated from our hometown (Mumbai) as the entire team was approachable, welcoming and took utmost care from our arrival until discharge. The surgery was scheduled for the next day of arrival and we were discharged in five days. I am permitted to engage in all regular activities without restrictions on daily activities or diet. Dr Rao also ensured I had the opportunity to sample the renowned cuisine of Jaipur before my discharge. A 45-minute walk is required as recommended. Timely visits to all doctors are mandatory and the spacious room accommodates my three family members comfortably. I am grateful to the entire team of Rajasthan Hospital Limited including several named individuals with whom we had daily communication. Dr Ravindra Rao, Dr Hasim, Sister Banarasi (Floor Incharge), Mrs Shilpa Jain (Co-ordinator), all brothers and sisters and the hospital support staff who provided complete palliative care. The bill settlement was hassle-free as it was cashless. It was an exceptional experience to have cool-minded billing and operations staff who are under considerable pressure. I have no regrets about choosing Rajasthan Hospital Limited in Jaipur for our treatment and saving a significant amount of money compared to a hospital in Mumbai. The hospital is conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the railway station and airport. It is well-positioned and even the attendants do not need to worry about meals as there are four to five malls within a five-minute walk, Swiggy and Zomato at the hospital’s doorstep and numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Once again, I extend my sincere gratitude to Dr Ravindra Singh Rao and the entire team of Rajasthan Hospital Limited.

My sister swati Sharma came to RHL for her breast cancer treatment under Dr Abhishek pareek.we had travelled all the way from gwalior to jaipur , we were extremely anxious with fear and uncertainty However the moment we arrived at the hospital ,the environment itself felt warm Dr Abhishek pareek 's assistant ,Gopal ji ,was incredibly kind patient and supportive.he attended to us with great care and made sure we felt comfortable and guided every step After meeting Dr Abhishek,a large part of fear and tension regarding cancer simply disappeared.He is not only a highly skilled dr ( surgeon) but also an exceptionally humble and compassionate human being we have ever met.on 5 th march , my sister successfully underwent her surgery under his expertise.the entire team working with him , including the nursing staff,was truly outstanding and extremely caring. For chemotherapy,we consulted Dr Anannya pareek ,and I must say she is one of the most dedicated doctor I have ever met .Her assistant Jitendra helped us immensely throughout the whole chemotherapy and the TPA cashless process.I used to bring my sister alone from ajmer ,and thanks to his support, everything went smoothly without any difficulty. Mehta, Jaipur, would like to share our experience during one of the most difficult phases of our lives regarding the treatment of my wife, Mrs. Manju Mehta. My wife was suffering from a serious heart condition along with severe fluid accumulation in her body. We consulted many reputed hospitals in major cities across the country and underwent extensive treatment. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, there was no significant improvement in her condition. Their humane approach and constant reassurance gave us strength during a very difficult time. From the bottom of our hearts, we express our deepest gratitude to Dr. R. S.
