⭐ 1 STAR – EXTREMELY UNETHICAL & DISHONEST HOSPITAL (INSURANCE SCAM ALERT) If you have health insurance, stay FAR AWAY from this hospital. This place is nothing less than a money-making setup where the entire staff works with the same mindset—exploit insurance patients and inflate bills. The treatment they actually give is one thing, but the amount they fraudulently charge to the insurance company is completely different. At the time of discharge, you are shocked with a huge bill, and then you are told that the insurance company will only approve around 50%, forcing you to pay the remaining amount yourself. This is clearly planned and intentional. 🚨 DELIVERY & NICU SCAM EXPERIENCE 🚨 My case was a delivery case. My baby was 100% healthy, yet the hospital staff admitted my newborn to the NICU WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. Immediately after delivery, the nurse took my baby straight to the NICU. I kept asking what was wrong, but nobody answered me. Only after one full hour did I find out that my baby had been admitted to the NICU. When questioned, they gave a fake and illogical explanation saying that “dirty water went into the baby’s stomach.” This is completely baseless, because the delivery was a C-section. Before surgery, the doctor herself clearly told me that a normal delivery could cause problems because the baby had already passed stool, and therefore a C-section was required. She assured me multiple times that after the operation, there would be absolutely no problem with the baby. Based on this assurance, I agreed to the surgery. So how did “water go into the baby’s mouth” after a planned C-section? This explanation is clearly fabricated to justify unnecessary NICU charges. 💉 UNNECESSARY TREATMENT & FORCEFUL HOLDING OF BABY They gave my newborn multiple unnecessary injections, causing visible swelling in his hand. When I demanded that my baby be handed over to me so I could move him to another hospital, they refused to release my child. I was forced to take my baby back against their will. ✅ TRUTH AFTER LEAVING THIS HOSPITAL After taking my baby away: 1- I did not admit him to any other hospital 2- I immediately stopped all treatments started by this hospital 3- My baby showed ZERO medical problems 4- Today, my baby is perfectly healthy This clearly proves that the NICU admission and treatment were completely unnecessary and done only to increase the bill and insurance claim. ❌ FINAL WARNING This hospital is especially dangerous for delivery cases. If you value your child’s safety, your mental peace, and your hard-earned money— 👉 DO NOT choose this hospital, especially if you are using insurance. I am sharing this review so that no other family suffers the trauma and financial loss that we went through.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Maxfort Multispeciality Hospital. The management shows absolutely no sense of professionalism or courtesy. They speak loudly in front of patients with no manners or respect, especially when addressing women, which creates unnecessary discomfort for everyone around. Instead of maintaining a calm and supportive environment, their behavior was rude and inconsiderate. The entire management team comes across as careless and untrained, making patients and visitors feel unwelcome. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for a hospital setting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and professional healthcare.

I will give 4 star as I faced no issue in treatment. Nurse are caring and come to room in 1 call only. Which is very good. I just want to highlight other parts of improvement. I booked the private room and sanitation condition should be improved. Washroom of even private rooms are in very bad condition as per the cost.

My newborn baby was very sick and in danger as per hospital at which baby born. After that we reach Maxfort Multispeciality Hospital as per hospital reputation my home doctor suggested me this hospital. I was very impressed with the prompt and helpful emergency staff. Especially with nursing staff Mr. Rahul Kumar Sir due to his behavior and helpful nature. Also all senior Doctors, other staffs are very good in nature and clear our all the doubts. Especial thanks to Dr. Chitranjan Singh Sir. They prioritized my care and the hospital was clean and well-maintained.
