I had been struggling with TMJ issues for many years and finally visited Dr. Anurag Gupta at Maximus Dental Clinic. He explained the condition in detail and recommended bite reprogramming/restructuring through braces. I started noticing a significant improvement within 5-6 months of wearing the braces — the pain reduced a lot and the jaw discomfort became much more manageable. By the time the treatment was completed (around 2-3 months ago), I felt a major positive shift in my day-to-day life.
