underwent both RCT and an implant procedure with Dr. Nitish. Within a short period, I started facing problems. When I informed him, I was told that re-RCT would be required, despite having an expensive cap with a claimed 15-year warranty that developed issues within just 2 years. When I raised my concern, he stated that since I was breastfeeding, my immunity had become weak, which caused the problem. This important information was never shared with me before the treatment. Had I been informed earlier, I would not have opted for such an expensive cap. Instead of taking responsibility, the response was dismissive, and my concerns were not addressed properly. This experience felt highly unprofessional and gave the impression that patient care was not the priority.
I am pleased to share some positive thoughts. The quality of service provided is generally quite good, and patients often express satisfaction.
