Many times, internet connectivity remains unavailable for 2–4 hours, which significantly delays patient-related procedures. Often, the staff informs patients that all processes are completed and asks them to wait for approval within 2 days. However, when we follow up after 2 days, different reasons are given such as file not scanned, thumb verification pending, or some other incomplete step. This results in repeated waiting periods and unnecessary visits. Due to these delays, many patients and their families suffer daily. People travel from far distances with great difficulty, but because of network issues and process mismanagement, approvals get delayed repeatedly. I sincerely request the hospital management to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to improve coordination and avoid inconvenience to patients.

Very good infrastructure in Vidarbha at par with mum or Pune or even better. Staff also good and clean hospital. Its needed in vidarbha to take care esp local people. We must appreciate those who support this hospital. Dr are taking care and giving right consultation.
