Very disappointing experience. This hospital seems to be completely money-driven. The doctors appear more focused on pushing patients into the ICU unnecessarily, just to inflate the bill. Charges are extremely high, regardless of the actual need. The hospital management doesn’t question or verify the doctors’ decisions — it feels like they operate solely on doctor recommendations without oversight. Honestly, it’s hard to believe their 5-star rating is genuine; it feels bought rather than earned. If fractional ratings were allowed, I’m sure most people would rate them a 1.0 or even less.
Pathetic experience at very first visit in hospital for a little emergency. Got my small dressing done and got over charged for no reason giving an excuse of having higher price for the same. "That's our price" they said. I don't know how come patient would manage in such hospital.
Staff is very good and attentive. Hospital is clean amd maintain hygiene. Canteen is good and food quality is good. I had surgery here and feel good due to hospital staff.
they just want u to get admitted and make money out of it. they're so ignorant and focus on making money rather than curing people. when i was admitted there i wanted to go to the restroom so i called for a nurse to remove my drip, no on came. a maid removed it and i felt awful. that part of my hand still hurts to this day. the senior doctors don't care about what is happening they are always on their phones. the Junior doctors are not professional and brush off anything that could be severe.
