Doctor visits are so improper meanwhile request for visit .Only single visit in second half,I mean to say that very casual approach. HOSPITAL CLEANNESS IS VERY BIG ISSUE,EVEN ICU CURTAINS So DIRTY. FOCUS ONLY AND ONLY ON MONEY. PLEASE THINK AND RETHINK BEFORE GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL..... AFTER ALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...!!

Worst of ALL!!!! My 12 days old baby was admitted to NICU, NICU staff was VERY ill-mannered, RUDE, Unprofessional, Careless and insensitive. Specially the night shift guy, I think his name is Suraj Kumar, He sleeps entire night or watches Videos on phone, doesn't care about the babies who are in NICU. He would not even change the diaper and every time you would request him to do something, he will ARGUE. I said that I would inform the doctor that you don't change the diaper, he said you call sure tell the doctor or whomever you wish. He is so insensitive, My wife requested for his chair to feed the baby, He simply refused to give the chair. I have never seen so inhuman behaviour ever. Every time my baby cries he would call us and said to my wife, Why don't you feed your kid properly. Everytime!!! At the time of discharge, I requested for FEEDBACK form, there is no feedback form. Receptionist was so shocked as she doesn't even know what feedback form is. Horrible, I wish, I could rate the hospital '0' if it would be an option.
