Visited the New Life hospital just a day before for Knee replacement surgery the services and staff coperation was amazing. Feeling very awsome and very impressed by the Good and quality services. We would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent behavior and support of the hospital staff, especially Pooja Ma’am, who was very kind, patient, and understanding. She listened to us carefully, understood our situation, and guided us properly throughout the treatment process. Although we faced a few issues initially, Pooja Ma’am handled everything calmly and resolved all matters on time, which gave us great relief. We would also like to mention a female staff member in the Emergency Department on the morning of 12th January 2026, who was very polite, well-mannered, and supportive. Her timely help was truly appreciated. The reception staff also deserve special thanks for being courteous, cooperative, and helpful in handling queries and guiding us whenever needed. Additionally, the nursing staff and helpers were extremely supportive, caring, and cooperative throughout our stay. Their dedication and positive attitude made our experience comfortable and reassuring. My mother is admitted to this hospital. The nursing staff stay busy with their own gossip and talk very rudely. They gave them a lift that was already expired in October last year. The security guards are also busy chatting. One ICU patient even walked out of the ICU on their own, and no one even noticed. Hospital bill near about 2.5 lakhs. Doctor's visit fees 1500. And 2- 3 doctors visit but don't met with attendent. Visit of doctors show in the bill.
