Service really best with most experience doctors. Staffs really behave kindly and politely with every one. I have taken appointments for my son eye number check. Really it was good experience I have and doctors explained me each and every thing that I need to take care for my son. Hospital atmosphere was really really good and awesome. You never fill like you’re seating in hospital Recommend it.

Highly recommend and reliable! All doctors are fantastic, highly knowledgeable, experienced and skilled, and above all, down to earth and sincere! Hospital amenities and infrastructure is top notch and well maintained, like a 5-star hotel. The staff is super courteous and very professional and capable. We have had all my mother's surgeries done here, our own entire family checkup and treatments always done at Occura. They also organize a lot of interesting events at the hospital like children's debate and public speaking, chess tournaments etc for a good engagment with the community, and everything is always well organized.

Very disappointed with the experience. The attending doctor S Thaker was extremely rude and dismissive. We went for a second opinion regarding my mother’s eye condition. My sister asked her if she can call me and the she said okay I was on the phone and simply wanted to explain our mother’s situation better. When I tried to explain what the previous hospital had suggested, the doctor immediately said she did not care about the other opinion and that if we came for a second opinion, we should not ask about the first clinic. She also said she did not have time to explain further. As patients seeking clarity about a serious medical condition, we expected professionalism, empathy, and proper communication. Unfortunately, the behavior we experienced was unhelpful and disrespectful.

On 2 feb I went for eye check up and was impressed by ambience.Eyes checked up by Dr.S Thakkar and I had been prescribed eye drops. I left with the file given to me but on the way back to my utter surprize the prescription paper for eye drop was not there. I rang up and informed abt it where in I had been told that it will be send on whats app within 5 min. Next day I wake up with swollen eye and rang up again for eye drop priscription but lady on phone argued that it has been given . She asked me to send the pic of the paper I had been give which I sent. After that I had been given prescription on whats app by saying sorry. Instead of good ambience and orher show off it is better to concentrate on the service side by the managment as this is a serious lapse. I am highly disappointed. I would never recommend this clinic to anybody being senior citizen. I am sure yiu will not reply fir this.
