During one of the most difficult phases for our family, our stay at Omega Hospital, Guntur (4th Floor Ward) was made comforting because of the exceptional care given by the nursing team. We are deeply grateful to Sunitha, Anil, Sai Leela, Manasa, Mounika, Ajaad, and Sabeena. Their support went far beyond routine duty. They were gentle with the patient, attentive at all hours, and never showed impatience even when we had repeated concerns or late-night calls. Every procedure was handled with care and dignity, and they patiently explained medications and continuously monitored the patient, which reassured us immensely. In a time filled with fear and uncertainty, their kindness, compassion, and professionalism gave us emotional strength. They did not just provide treatment — they gave comfort, confidence, and hope to our entire family. We sincerely thank the entire 4th floor team. Omega Hospital is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and humane healthcare professionals.
I recently stayed here for a few days, and I was very impressed. As a doctor myself, I am very happy with the care they gave to my mother . The medical team is smart and kind. They really listen to their patients. What gave me the most peace of mind was how clean everything is. The cleaners do a great job, and the rooms and hallways are spotless. From a medical professional's view, their hygiene is excellent. The hospital is very clean and well maintained. Staff and 4th floor nursing staff are very good and supportive and they support 24/7 and moniter patient regularly. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended for any surgeries.
