I got very good treatment here, the doctors, staff, nurses and workers here are all very cooperative & very friendly in nature, they take care of us like a family 💗and has a very clean and hygienic surrounding, a kitchen is needed here, Everything is well & good❤️👍great Experience & thank you so much All staff ,You all have a huge role in my getting well great job🫀...........!!!!!!

Overall it was a good experience. I took my 60 year old mom due to high blood pressure (240/128) and emergency department handled everything smoothly along with all further treatments in ICU. Doctor, staff and billing - all went smooth and met the expectations, special thanks to Shabana mam who handles the CGHS dept, she has been a very supportive and approachable throughtout the complete process in the hospital. Few areas for improvement which hospital must be aware of, so I am not mentioning here.

Today I had visited the hospital, very cordial ENT doctor and professional, but the bills clerk on the first floor time 1720 hrs today was arrogant and adamant to put her signature on the bill paid. With apprehension she signed the bill with language of doing a favour for doing so. Such staff need to be counciled and corrected. Hope the management takes a call on this.

I m giving rating of only 2.5/5 for icu service. Bad points: Unhygeine: washrooms are not kept clean, food remains on ur table and throwables, plastic bags will not be thrown away immediately it keeps lying there for hours/overnight. I saw 2-3 small cockroaches around my bed. Unprofessional: nurses literally yell at you, except few of them as they work in shifts, out of 4 one lady was really nice & respectful. Mostly staff is sitting around the table and chatting when main doctors are not there in the room. Inefficient: interns don't know anything, if u ask for smthing they have a puzzled look on their face, my both hands were swollen because of salian for 3 days, I kept telling them repeatedly it hurts during taking bp, they did not do proper dressing until it became big swollen lumps on both hands, (then they will charge u for this dressing also), if u ever ask for a simple mask u will never get it promptly until u remind them twice/thrice, I asked for a simple backspray coz my back was hurting due to lying down everyday, I never got that spray from them! My body was cleaned & wiped only once out of 5 days. Ideally it shud be daily. Overall, I would say, they don't proactively check if the patients are feeling comfortable of their service and comfort given to them, for eg. , they will switch on fan/ac all of a sudden, inspite of knowing this patient has throat infection, due to this, i cudn't sleep well for 3-4 days. Good Points: I was admitted for poisoning case at midnight, I was attended promptly by a team of professionals with Dr Goel. All walkin consultant doctors were highly qualified, polished, professional, & cordial. My main problem of poisoning was taken care of with proper medication, no complaints about that!
