Unfortunately, the quality of service did not meet basic expectations. This caused significant inconvenience and distress to me . I believe a hospital should provide timely care, clear communication, and respectful treatment to patients. Sadly, this was not my experience during my visit. I am sharing this feedback so that appropriate action can be taken and similar issues can be avoided in the future. I hope the hospital management will look into this matter seriously and improve the quality of service. Thank you for your attention.

Not a good hospital in any terms, i had a clavicle fracture and i got operated here, but after the surgery i faced a lot of problems, 1. I was not given proper medicines after operation which caused too much time in healing and pain. 2. My bone was deformed after operation, one of my shoulder is not in proper shape compared to the other 3. Even one of my friends got admitted here, she had a knee fracture and her knee condition turned worse after the operation so they decided to consult a specialist, and the had to get the operation done again, from the specialist. 4. Even when i went to physiotherapist they told me without asking that i should have gone to a better doctor, i asked but why, their silence was too loud.

I have the report n consulted with a Doctor who is surgeon in Chattisgarh and he confirmed what has been told is not correct n planning to consult one more for 100% assurity in upcoming days and if it's true then, i will complain against the Doctor and Hospital. We work hard to make money and these Doctors charge it just to achieve their targets. 0% recommendation for this hospital they don't know how to apply plaster properly. Haddi waala Doctor is of no use, didn't check just xray n bill. Save your money.
