Through his treatment with only medicines today my mother is really doing well. I m really thankful to Dr gill and his staff for providing a valuable treatment at a genuine cost.
I want to give 0 rating because this hospital doesn’t deserve even 0 . Staff member name kamal ( which they call Kamal mam) is so sweet when they see new patient just to earn some money you cant even imagine the sweetness level of that lady but after the admission she doesn’t even pick any call or speak with patient’s relative we were in a so much stress , that lady cut the calls mid way and only give 1 answer that doctor is busy why the hell they admit a patient if they do not let us meet the patient or doctor who is doing procedures. How do we know what they are doing inside , they do not let anybody see the reports. Even the doctors doesn’t know what they are showing . Worst worst worst hospital and all the staff

My mother was recently admitted to Oxford Hospital, Jalandhar, due to chest pain. From the moment we arrived, we received outstanding care and attention. The hospital maintains very high standards of cleanliness, and the staff were consistently professional, polite, and supportive. We would especially like to thank Dr. Gurbeer Singh Gill for his expertise, kindness, and patience. His compassionate approach and clear communication gave our family great comfort during a stressful time. We are visiting from Canada and are deeply grateful to the entire Oxford Hospital team for their exceptional service and dedication to patient care.
