We had very unpleasent experience from Polylab on 27-09-25.. A test was taken in the morning and the result was supposed to be sent via WhatsApp in the afternoon, but even after multiple calls they didn't send it. We had to go to the office and collect the physical report which they printed in seconds. They didn't have any justification for the delay and were not even courteous enough to convey it even after contacting them multiple times.The management should take this very seriously and correct such irresponsible behaviour from the staff. We would have missed a very important appointment scheduled for the next day if the report was not present!!!!
Atmosphere at the centre looks tidy and neat, but same time sorry to state that the body culture and the talk of a few technicians and assistants were really require improvements and to be educated on how to treat the guests/ patients.
Staff are friendly. Very loyal. Smiling faces. Amiable atmosphere. I trust Poly Lab for all my routine medical checkup.
When I went for a blood test last Saturday,(18-10-2025)they said the billing wasn't working and it was a network issue.Usually, after providing a mobile number, the blood test results are sent via WhatsApp.They still say it's network issue.When I searched, I didn't know of an issue like this anywhere else.What is the reason for the network issue only for poly Lab.
