I'm Bithika Mondal from West Bengal.I want to say Indeed, this is how a hospital campus should be.♥️💚💐🌳🌚 . Not only the place is beautiful but also every people, the behavior of people is very good irrespective of caste and class. 😌💖 All the employees of the hospital, doctors, nurses, Attenders all take good care of the patients and provide good service all the time with a smile on their faces.. 💫🥺

Very poor patient handling at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences. A pregnant patient came with fever, but senior doctors were harsh and impatient. Previous scan and ECHO reports from another hospital were not considered, and we were asked to repeat all tests. Due to this lack of care and empathy, we voluntarily discharging my wife and sought treatment elsewhere. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving patient care and professional conduct.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the services at your hospital. The treatment provided under CGHS is extremely poor, and the overall patient care is highly unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against choosing this hospital for either medical treatment or medical education.

If you are a CGHS retired person, please avoid visiting PIMS hospital. The process here is one of the worst I have ever experienced. First, we have to report to the CGHS counter for registration, then meet the doctor. The doctor gives tests for almost every type of treatment but then says “come back after two days”. When we return, instead of continuing smoothly, they again ask us to go back to the doctor and update the system for the current date. After that, we are forced to restart the registration process all over again. This is nothing but a frustrating cycle of running here and there, wasting time and energy, especially for senior citizens. ⚠️ Don’t visit PIMS hospital if you are under CGHS scheme. The process is extremely poorly managed and very inconvenient...

Good infrastructure They give concessions for all the patient Doctor feed and lab charge are in affordable rate It is in pondicherry to Chennai ECR road Local bus are available from pondicherry to hospital Canteen and hotel present inside and outside the hospital campus
