I had my kidney stone operation at Rafeel Hospital, and the overall experience was excellent. The doctors and staff were very kind, supportive, and professional. The hospital was clean and well-maintained. I really appreciate their care and guidance after the surgery. Highly recommended for kidney treatments! 🙏

Doctor and staff is very good. They take care of their patient. The doctors took time to explain every procedure clearly. The nurses were kind, efficient and made patient comfortable. The hospital facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. I especially appreciated how the entire team worked together seamlessly — from the reception to the medical and support staff — ensuring everything went smoothly

Sanitation condition is not upto mark and is health hazard for patients as well as attendants and visitors. Dust bins are placed in the corridors. My younger brother was admitted in the Hospital on 16th February 2026 for certain problems and on 18th Feb his ECG was done at 10.17 AM and we were told about this after 3 PM and he was released n referred to Alchemist Hospital about 4.30PM taking risk of life which is shere negligence on the part of staff. Although Nurse's and one Doctor on night duty were very nice and cooperative. Need exhaustive improvement to avoid any mishappening on account mishandling by anyone. Administration must take it seriously.

I got treatment at Raffels Hospital Sector 14 Panchkula from Doctor MS Gupta on 01.04.2025. He spared only 5 mins to me and recommended plaster. Even plaster was not done by doctor and He didnt advice surgery at all. Whereas, surgery was supposed to be done as it was volar barton fracture, i got to know later. He didn't advice surgery at all. After 15 days of checkup he said, "haddi galat jud gyi hai, chalo wait karte hai 10 days baad fir dikhana" which I couldn't wait and went to other doctor for advice. That new doctor said surgery kyu nahn kri on date of injury... He complicated my wrist injury case. After 7-8 months, My hand is not working normal. Every doctor i visited later Like Fortis/PGI/ many others said that why MS Gupta didn't do surgery as surgery is done on the same date of injury. And i didn't knew this bad review about Raffels. When i tell anyone that i visited Raffels Sector 14 Panchkula for treatment, local people say that "maine bhi yehi suna hai ki woh case kharab kar dete hain". Don't go to Raffels sector 14 Panchkula. Even if you met with accident, they will attend you as per your turn. Normal routine general checkup patients will be attended first. You will have to wait for your turn. very bad.
