I came to Raj Hospital today for treatment, I brought my Grandfather and I found the arrangements here very good and there was no problem in meeting the doctor, the OPD team is very good, they helped me, I did not face any problem in meeting the doctor, there is a calling department also, the quality of OPD staff is very good in this hospital, who keep telling us every single thing.
This hospital is situated at Chhatrsangh to Betiyahata road. This is a very famous hospital for eye patient. This hospital is moderate. Here you can pay cash , online , Upi and Card. You can face problem to park your vehicle so you can park your vehicle Gully or other side road of hospital because other side of road not any present hospital.
I came to Raj Hospital today for treatment, bringing a family member who is a patient. I was very impressed with the facilities here, and I had no difficulty meeting with the doctor. The OPD team is excellent; they helped me a lot in seeing the doctor. I didn't face any problems here. The calling department in this hospital is also very good, and the patient care staff explains everything to us. Many thanks to the OPD team for their help. The doctor is also very good.. One of the best hospital related to eye in Gorakhpur. Staff behaviour is very good and supportive. OPD incharge and co-ordinator including all the management staff are helping nature. Tele support are also very caring.
I don't see how many people had to wait for around 4 to 6 hours, I took my son to get his eye prescription the service was pretty good and we were free in about 1 to 2 hours Even though the place looked busy.The building is well maintained honestly couldn't find anything to complain about some people may argue about the pricing but for branded lenses from companies like Zeiss I think it's justified.
