I had a really disappointing experience at Fortis Hospital Noida recently. The procedure room has been shifted to a new location, and honestly, it feels like no one thought it through. The room is tiny, and the staff looked completely overwhelmed with the crowd. It was uncomfortable and stressful from the moment I entered. The waiting area outside is just as bad. There are no proper places to sit, so people were literally leaning against the window sill and walls because they had no other option. We are already there because we’re unwell or in pain, and standing for long periods like this just makes things worse. The crowd management was poor, and the whole setup felt very disorganized. For a hospital of this level, I expected much better. I really hope they fix these basic issues soon because this was not a good experience at all.

Today my sister got admitted in emergency noida I would like to sincerely appreciate Nurse Shivam from the Emergency Ward at Fortis Hospital, Noida for his excellent care and support. He was extremely attentive, polite, and professional in his duties. His calm behavior, prompt responses, and willingness to help at all times made the hospital experience much more comfortable and reassuring. He handled his responsibilities with great patience and dedication. Staff members like him truly reflect the high standards of care at Fortis Hospital. Have a very good experience with the fortis hospital, Noida. Very good housing keeping staff behaviour, specially Miss. Anita super wiser. Over all every thing is very satisfactory. Dr. Ajay Agrawal is a well known and very good general medicine & endocrinologist specialist in Delhi NCR.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mayank Saxena and Dr. Mukul Rastogi for their exceptional care during my father's treatment and stay in hospital. Dealing with respiratory and gastrointestinal issues at same time and at an advanced age can be quite delicate, but Dr. Mayank's and Dr. Mukul's expertise and patient approach have always made all the difference. Their ability to explain the situation clearly and provide reassurance, being available was invaluable during our stay. It’s rare to find specialists under one roof who balances high-level clinical skills with such genuine empathy for elderly patients. We felt we were in the best possible hands. They worked together as a unified team, prioritizing conventional and age-appropriate treatment methods over aggressive interventions. This collaborative, thoughtful strategy was exactly what was needed for a safe and successful recovery. We are so grateful for their combined wisdom, skills and care. At the same time, I would also like to appreciate the IPD nursing staff, specially Fahimuddin and another sister (who usually attended in night shift, I forgot the name) for thier care and being available when we needed. My father is now home and doing well. thanks again to the expertise and thoughtful care of Dr. Mayank and Dr. Mukul and thier entire team, all of you are a credit to your professions.
