We recently got my mother’s cataract surgery done for both her eyes, and the entire experience has been very smooth and positive. The doctors explained everything clearly before the procedure, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. The surgery was handled very professionally, and the staff was extremely supportive and caring throughout the process. My mother is now recovering well and her vision has improved significantly. We are truly grateful for the excellent treatment and compassionate care provided. Thank you to the entire team for making this journey comfortable and successful.

Mum was diagnosed with a cataract in both eyes, and she underwent surgery at Ramole Eye Hospital, Nashik. She is thrilled with the results! We would like to express our gratitude towards the entire staff of the hospital, especially Dr. Abhijit Ramole, who surprised Mum with an upgrade on her lenses, free of cost; Meera Joshi, who counselled us and who, despite being on holiday abroad during the actual procedure, checked with us without fail regarding Mum's recovery and once back visited us in the post-op recovery room, even though it was her day off; Payal, who seamlessly coordinated between the OPD and OT, in addition to responding to the zillion queries from other patients; and, finally, the reception staff, nurses and technicians. Everybody here is so kind, warm and caring, and the hospital is filled with positive vibes. Without a doubt, Ramole Eye Hospital is the go-to place to obtain the best of care for all kinds of eye problems.

I had a very poor and unacceptable experience with Ramole Eye Hospital. The eye power prescribed for my mother was completely incorrect for both eyes. Based on their prescription, we got her glasses made, but she was unable to see properly at all. This raised serious concerns, so we consulted a local optician for a second opinion. After a proper check-up, it was confirmed that the numbers given by the hospital were wrong. We had to spend additional time and money to get new glasses made, after which she could finally see clearly. Such a basic error from a reputed and large eye hospital is highly disappointing and raises serious questions about the quality of their examination process. This kind of negligence directly affects patients’ vision and trust. I strongly do not recommend this hospital for eye testing and would advise others to double-check their prescriptions elsewhere.

Excellent services, courteous staff, very friendly. Doctor's listen and satisfy the patient by answering all the questions. My MIL got both eyes cataract done in a time span of 1 week and is absolutely satisfied and very happy. Overall an excellent experience. Keep it up and all the best..
