Sunday night around 12:30 AM, Mr. Alok promptly answered my call and arranged immediate admission no fees were charged, and my treatment was processed under the cashless facility approval was received on time and i did not incur any expenses i sincerely appreciate the support and professionalism of the TPA staff especially Mr. Alok tpa staff at Rana Hospital provided excellent support
