Very high hygiene levels. Staff is soft spoken and mostly cordial. Lifts are adequate for visitors. Parking is adequate. Billing was superb. Overall a great repeat experience. We always come here.

My father underwent surgery at the age of 64, and it was completely successful with a fast recovery. DR. NITIN POTE provided excellent treatment, valuable guidance, and showed outstanding medical expertise. I am highly impressed with DR. NITIN POTE’s care and dedication. The staff and hospital services are also excellent, and the environment feels more like a hotel than a hospital. Overall, a great experience at RNH Hospital. RNH Hospital has an excellent doctor and outstanding services, and the management is also extremely well organized.

I am writing this message with a very heavy heart. My mother was admitted to the ICU at Rao Hospital. I sincerely appreciate the efforts and professionalism of the doctors — they were truly good, supportive, and did their best during her treatment. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a very disturbing experience we had with the ICU nursing and support staff. Patients in the ICU are always alone and are completely dependent on the nursing staff for care, comfort, and basic compassion. Unfortunately, during my mother’s stay, we repeatedly experienced rude behavior and lack of sensitivity from some members of the ICU staff. My mother herself complained to us multiple times about their rude attitude and poor care. Whenever my relatives met her, she would express the same concern — that the staff was unkind, unhelpful, and not caring enough. I raised a complaint at that time as well, hoping things would improve. Sadly, my mother continued to suffer emotionally during her ICU stay. Today, she is no more, and this pain will remain with us forever. I am not writing this message to blame anyone, but with a genuine request — please ensure that no other patient or family has to go through such an experience. ICU patients need not just medical treatment, but empathy, patience, and humane care from the nursing staff. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps to improve staff behavior and patient care in the ICU. Thank you for taking the time to read this. My husband,Mr.Sushil Jadhav admitted in hospital with loose motion and vomiting but after ECG he was diagnosed with Inferior wall MI.In casuality, Sister Kalpana and Dr.Supriya attended immidiately and did the things needed for him.They transferred to Icu and prepared him for PAMI.Dr.Talekar sir,Dr.shripal sir,Dr.Swati,Sister seeyona,Sister Supriya were helped a lot.All cath lab team specially Dr. Gujar sir, Chetan brother, and Glady sister supported us.The food was so good,even patient preferred to eat hospital food.At every step, from front desk to till today everyone gave psychological support. And help.Billing team,Dr.Amruta helped and guided well in claim procedure.We are so happy for their empathetic care and support towards us. Med.Superientendent Sir,Dr.Reena madam and Komal madam visited and gave support. Very thankful to Rao Hospital and their team.

Our experience was very good. One of my close relative was admitted for 3 days under supervision of senior Dr. Ashok Sancheti & the way the team handled everything was commendable. The private rooms are large & clean. Also, the nurse, house keeping staff is always available. Thanks a lot to the entire team of Rao Nursing Home 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
