Subject: Feedback Regarding My Recent Experience at Regency Hospital, Govind Nagar Dear Heads, My name is shalini singh I visited your hospital on 7.11.2025 at approximately 8:30 am. At the billing counter, I was offered a Regency card for around Rs. 300. I specifically asked whether this card would cover IPD, bed charges, and pharmacy expenses for my patient, and the operator assured me that all these items would be included. Based on this information, I proceeded to generate the Regency card. On 8.11.2025, Dr. Manish Bajpai (Pediatrician) visited my room (207 B). During his visit, I made a humble request to turn on the fan due to severe suffocation and excessive sweating that my baby was experiencing. Dr. Bajpai laughed at me three times and responded insensitively, saying it was my problem and not his. I have already submitted a written complaint regarding this matter due to the unprofessional behavior displayed. Furthermore, during discharge formalities at billing, I again faced misbehavior from your team when clarifying what the Regency card covered. When asked for an in-charge person, Mr. Sankalp arrived; he is either the administration or operations head (his designation was not clear). In our discussion regarding pharmacy deductions—which your staff originally assured me were included—Mr. Sankalp raised his voice at my father and continued to behave rudely when I joined the conversation. Despite paying all dues in full without any resistance, we felt that your staff lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism. I want to acknowledge Dr. Archana for her excellent care—she deserves a rating of 10/10—but unfortunately, my experience with other staff members rates only 1/10 due to their unprofessionalism and poor attitude towards patients and their families. Because of these experiences, I cannot recommend Regency Hospital Govind Nagar to colleagues or family members in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously as it reflects areas where substantial improvement is needed within your team and hospital management. Regards Shalini Singh

We recently shifted to Kanpur, and my husband has been suffering from viral fever for the past few days. We consulted a doctor here, and she advised certain tests. we arrived at 9 AM to book a slot. The nurse told us to return at 11 AM as our number was 9. My husband came back at 11 AM on an empty stomach despite having fever, but the doctor wasn’t available. She arrived around 11:30 AM, and the tests finally started. We eventually got everything done by 1:30 PM. My concern is: what is the purpose of giving a time slot if things are still done according to the radiologist timing? I completely understand that this is a hospital and doctors are busy, but everyone’s time is valuable. Especially, Patients, they are already unwell—respecting their time and condition should be a priority. Request: It would be helpful to have boards requesting people to maintain silence in the hospital. Many people were talking loudly on the phone without considering the patients around them. And more waiting area

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen . Here duty doctor doesn't even have any knowledge of basic first aid, private rooms are so conjusted and at last when your patient is being discharged you will get a feedback message & they will ask for your mobile we will give the feedback , but if you refuse they will say it's necessary, you have to do it , you keep on denying then their senior will come to the patient room & will say give us the feedback & full rating . They don't have enough waiting area , they don't have enough beds at emergency if the doctor is somehow late they will move the patient out of the emergency room without talking to the attendant
